Purpose needs a network.
A real paycheck. Real skills. A real path — built by young people, for young people.
“Through wisdom is a house built; and by understanding it is established.”
PROVERBS 24:3In a world pulling youth toward distraction, Nestwork pulls them toward purpose. We pay young people ages 15–20 — especially those aging out of foster care, facing housing instability, or lacking access to meaningful work — to do real jobs: lawn care, cleaning, errands, event setup, pet care, and more.
Along the way, they build financial literacy, work ethic, and the stability to plan a future — including a path toward homeownership. Homeowners and businesses get affordable, trustworthy help. Youth get a start, a paycheck, and a record of real work behind their name.
Maybe nobody’s handed you a real shot yet. Maybe you’ve got more hustle in you than anyone’s given you credit for. Nestwork isn’t a random job — it’s a way to turn your time into money, your effort into a skill, and your name into a reputation people trust. You show up, you work, you get paid. Simple as that. And every gig you complete moves you one step closer to something bigger — a career, a place of your own, a future you’re actually building instead of just waiting on.
Every Nestworker builds their standing one gig at a time.
Background-checked, guardian consent on file, fully onboarded. Starts with supervised work.
Completes 7 gigs and a one-on-one skills check-in with a mentor. Chooses their own tracks, builds a real work history.
Mentors new Trainees, leads crews, and unlocks in-home service work.
Every Nestworker chooses which tracks to work.
Lawn care, yard work, seasonal cleanup.
Holiday decor, event setup and breakdown.
Business gigs — stocking, loading, flyer runs.
Grocery pickup, errands, curbside drop-off.
Dog walking, outdoor pet care.
House cleaning, in-home organizing, etc.
Babysitting, in-home pet sitting, etc.
Small in-home repairs — light bulbs, loose hinges, minor fixes, etc.
Once a Trainee is fully certified as a Nestworker, we send a startup kit built to cover almost any gig — so showing up prepared is never the barrier to getting work.
The basics needed across most tracks — gloves, a multi-tool, safety gear.
Extra gear matched to the tracks a Nestworker chooses.
Identification a homeowner can check before letting a Nestworker start a job.
Safety rules, who to contact, and how to log a completed gig.

Start with our free monthly newsletter to see what Nestwork is up to. When you’re ready for more, Nestwork Membership gives your home a standing, scheduled Nestworker — no need to submit a new request every time.
Monthly updates on new Nestworkers, openings, and community projects. No commitment.
Weekly or biweekly scheduled maintenance — lawn care, trash-day help, routine upkeep — handled by the same trusted Nestworker over time.
Set a standing schedule — e.g. trash collected every Monday — and we handle matching a Nestworker to it, every time.
Right now, every recurring or membership request is set up manually by our team — we personally match, vet, and confirm the Nestworker for your schedule before anything starts. Once our app is live, this becomes self-serve after your one-time verification and background check are on file.
